If you have purchased blank keychains and would like to make your own fixture with your laser to hold them in place while you engrave them, this is the file for you. This accommodates keychains which are 53 mm long and 31.2 mm wide and 7 mm thick. You will need to laser cut both the top and bottom files and glue them together. I recommend cutting out of 1/4" thick HDF (high density fiberboard) also known as Masonite. This file was test cut on an 80 watt C02 laser with a kerf of roughly 0.2 mm. This fixture allows you to cut right through the keychain (keeping away from the edges) without destroying the fixture.
